He holds a Master of Science in Water Resource Management from Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Science in Irrigation Engineering from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR). He founded Aroha out of a deep passion to help farmers adopt efficient, reliable, and sustainable irrigation systems that improve productivity and resilience. Combining advanced technical knowledge with strategic leadership, Lughano goes beyond traditional sales by prioritizing client satisfaction, building long-term partnerships, and delivering practical, technically sound solutions.
